Got all the goodies on time and a lovely gift box of Roses. I had an issue was with DHL courier my completely diregarded the delivery address (home address) and delivered the package to the factory where I no longer work.

I like the site, the variety and info on shelf life of goods, that's helpful. Most of the items were in stick too.
We are apprehensive about ordering chocolate because it can go white in transit between hotter counties, but it arrived in great shape.
The cost of delivery is fairly high and alternative options would be nice, understanding that some food would pass expiry date, but that is the buyer's choice.
The surcharge is ridiculous and seems like it's just another way for courier companies to make profit.

I do get rather a lot of emails from BCS, sometimes 3 in quick succession.

Overall good experience but the cost of delivery means I use the service much left often then I would otherwise.

Extremely efficient. From order to delivery (in Romania) only a few days. If Brexit is causing additional difficulties, the customer doesn't notice...

All prompt and very well packed. Would happily recommend. Not sure why two jars of 250g marmite are cheaper than one 500g jar ?

The employees at British corner shop have been quick to reply to my emails but the delivery firm have lost my order. Despite countless email exchanges over several weeks I still haven't received the goods I ordered. I haven't yet received a refund either.

As always a very good range of content to choose from. Great website that's easy to navigate. Reasonable prices and excellent delivery; speed and packaging.

Part of the marmalade jars arrived broken. Refund concerned only the broken jars, not their transport cost. So I endef up paying for the transport of broken items. This is wrong.

The wonderful range of products available, the prompt service at your European depot and the excellent DHL delivery service. All make shopping at BCS a real pleasure.

Fantastic! The three deliveries all done within three days of my orders; no duty to be paid by the recipients of my orders. It is so refreshing to have an excellent service. I only regret that Bendicks collections could not be delivered to France. I'll stick to British Corner shop from now on.

Orders have always been correct. Out of stock is confusing often told in stock but when order place, items removed as not in stock. Reminders set informed in stock but still not in stock. But this is my only complaint everything else runs perfectly.

Brilliant as always. Delivery incredibly quick, packaged securely, nothing damaged, everything as ordered. Always a company that's a pleasure to deal with. And, oh boy are going to enjoy those goodies!

Fast Delivery, Strong Boxes, everything nicely wrapped inside and with a card from the person who prepared the box is a nice personal touch to the entire experience.

My order arrived very prompt and the tracking was very useful to me. Unfortunately one product arrived damaged and another product was out of date when it arrived.
I would definitely order again but maybe only long life products.
